The graph shows three major cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex chosen arbitrarily. Frisco(Red), Allen(Green) and Arlington(Blue) against the entire MLS area(Black). Homes are single-family resale, excluding new construction, 3 bedrooms or more.
The graphs of the cities show a peak in Median sales price May-June 2019 and then a subsequent slight downturn in sales price Jan-Feb 2020. The overall MLS shows a slight increase most likely due to the purchase of entry level-first time home buyer listings.
